At BirdieSense, we are committed to delivering our innovative AI golf companion to you as efficiently and reliably as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process and timelines.

1.Shipping Overview

We ship globally to select regions. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that every unit undergoes rigorous quality control before leaving our fulfillment center.

2.Order Processing & Estimated Timeline

We operate on a transparent production and fulfillment schedule. Our timeline is structured to prioritize product quality, hardware safety, and regulatory compliance.
Estimated Shipping Schedule:
  • Production Phase: Our manufacturing team is currently in the mold finalization and component preparation phase. We expect to move into full-scale mass production throughout September.
  • Regulatory Compliance: We are committed to ensuring our products meet all necessary safety and quality certifications for each destination country. We expect all certifications to be fully completed by the end of September.
  • Fulfillment Start Date: We anticipate the first batch of shipments will be dispatched to customers starting in late September to early October.
Note: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to monitor your package's progress in real-time. In compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations, including the FTC Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), if we encounter unforeseen delays and are unable to ship your merchandise within our advertised timeframe, we will clearly and conspicuously notify you of the delay before the expiration of the original shipping window. In such an event, you will be informed of a definite revised shipping date and provided the option to either consent to the revised shipping delay or cancel your order and receive a prompt, full refund.

3.Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. P.O. Box and Military Address Restrictions: Please note that due to international carrier restrictions regarding high-value electronic devices containing lithium-ion batteries, and to ensure secure signature-required deliveries, BirdieSense CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Customers must provide a valid physical street address during checkout. While BirdieSense remains fully liable for any routing errors or misdeliveries caused by our system or logistics providers, BirdieSense is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses resulting from customer input errors, typos, a failure to exclude P.O. Boxes, or a failure to submit a physical address update prior to order dispatch.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and any relevant photographic or video evidence.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, unless a specific processing window is strictly mandated by applicable local consumer protection laws, in which case such local statutory timelines shall govern. Once the loss or damage in transit is validated through a standard carrier investigation, BirdieSense will, at our discretion, either dispatch a replacement unit or issue a full refund to you at no additional expense.
  • For customers residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, please be explicitly advised that you possess a statutory right of withdrawal (right to cancel and return your purchase) within the applicable cooling-off or return period starting from the day you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To ensure full compliance with Article 10 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) and to prevent any unintended extension of your cancellation window, the complete terms, applicable timelines, and specific procedures for exercising this right are clearly cross-referenced and detailed in our Refund and Return Policy. You may exercise this right by submitting a clear, unequivocal statement or by utilizing the model withdrawal form provided therein prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.
